Today, Millennium Properties announced that Greg Block recently sold a 14,383 square foot office condo for $2.65 million to Rent24, a European co-working firm. The condo, located at 9 W. Washington, features a recently updated co-working space with a mix of desk stations, private office suites and conference rooms. This space is Rent24’s third location since it entered Chicago in May 2018.

Our spring auction has been extended and expanded! Two new properties were added to the sealed bid auction and all bids are now due on May 17th! We have stabilized and value-add properties, perfect for a user or investor.

Through our three of our most recent sealed bid auctions, Greg Block and Millennium Properties sold all 14 properties available for sale. Both units from our most recent auction in January are currently under contract to sell.

Chet Evans of Millennium Properties recently leased a 5,061 SF office condo in the Commerce Place Condominiums in Lisle to two tenants. First Centennial Mortgage signed a new 2,040 square foot lease for five years. ITG Transportation Services leased the remaining 3,031 square feet of space, which expanded their presence in the office park to a total of 7,375 square feet.

Millennium Properties announced that it recently sold seven office condominiums, totaling 19,567 square feet. The units were part of a recently developed two-story office building in the Sky Harbor Business Park in Northbrook. The seven units Millennium sold ranged from vanilla-box condition to move-in ready with two units leased at the time of sale

Millennium Properties recently brokered the sale of a 57,760 square foot value-add medical office building in the East West Corridor of Chicago. The three story building, at 246 E. Janata in Lombard, is located in a prime location on Highland Ave. across from Yorktown Center and a short drive from Butterfield Rd and I-88.

Millennium Properties announced that it brokered the sale of a 30,000 square foot medical office complex in Valparaiso, Indiana for $4.4 million. The 85% occupied Glendale Medical Center is centrally located between Valparaiso University and Porter Regional Hospital that was built in 2012. Porter County has seen significant population growth over the last decade, spurring the expansion of the area’s health care services.

Millennium Properties has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 29,100 square feet of office space available at 67 E. Madison. Part of Jewelers Row, the beautifully renovated 21-story East Loop building is a mix of office and retail space.

Millennium Properties recently completed the sale of two bank owned office buildings within Governors Park, a well-established business park in south suburban Olympia Fields. The two three-story buildings, 3615 Park Dr. and 20060 Governors Highway, total more than 59,000 square feet and have a number of medical office tenants.
