Michael Mintz, a vice president of Millennium Properties R/E recently brokered the sale of a fully stabilized, 38 unit apartment complex in the heart of Cicero for $1.73 million. Mr. Mintz was the sole broker on the deal.

Brad Thompson recently brokered the sale of a vintage six flat building in Hyde Park for $1,350,000. The fully leased apartment building is just two blocks away from the University of Chicago campus in the Hyde Park-Kenwood National Historic District.

Millennium Properties announced that it was recently named the exclusive selling agent for two single room occupancy hotels in Chicago that have a total of 108 rooms. Both properties are located on the south side, with a number of recent capital improvements made, and include the SRO II license from the city. SRO Hotels are a unique affordable housing option that has experienced a severe reduction in stock over the last few years.

Millennium Properties R/E recently completed the sale of an eight-unit apartment complex at 1 N. Hamlin in Park Ridge, at a price of approximately $150,000 per unit. Situated on the corner of Hamlin and Touhy, the 12,200 square foot building generates more that $100,000 in annual rent.
