On January 26th, Millennium Properties will sell two condo properties located in downtown Chicago through a sealed bid auction. An 8,006 square foot turn-key office condo at the corner of Lake and Wells is included in the auction. Part of a bankruptcy case, this space was previously the offices of a condo developer. Two parking spaces in the financial district near the Board of Trade and the Willis Tower are also included.

Chet Evans of Millennium Properties recently leased a 5,061 SF office condo in the Commerce Place Condominiums in Lisle to two tenants. First Centennial Mortgage signed a new 2,040 square foot lease for five years. ITG Transportation Services leased the remaining 3,031 square feet of space, which expanded their presence in the office park to a total of 7,375 square feet.

Millennium Properties recently brokered the sale of a 10,800 SF retail showroom in Palatine for $1,000,000. This property is located in a highly visible area along Northwest Highway in a strong commercial corridor.

Daniel Hyman represented Swiss FineTiming in the multi-million dollar lease transaction for the jeweler’s new Gold Coast location. Swiss FineTiming is expanding and relocating its store from Michigan Ave. to 70 E. Walton; the new spacious, exclusive and upscale location will allow for two showrooms and a flagship lounge area as well as the jeweler to feature their prestigious Audemars Piguet collection. This sought after location, in the heart of the premier shopping district will draw in customers from Michigan Ave, the Four Seasons Hotel, Waldorf Astoria, and Water Tower Place.
