Millennium's Spring Real Estate Auction Set for May 18th
Our Spring Sealed Bid Auction is scheduled for May18th. The auction includes a wide variety of properties around Chicagoland, including a 60,600 square foot retail center in Bolingbrook that is priced at a 10% cap. Other properties in the auction include a Yorkville commercial development site, a retail/office storefront on Harlem, and an eight unit apartment building.
