MPI Sells 6 Unit Hyde Park Apartment Building for $1.35 Million

Six flat apartment building in historic Hyde Park near the University of ChicagoMillennium Properties brokered the sale of a six flat apartment building at 5532 S. Kimbark for $1,350,000. Totaling 7,050 square feet, the property is located just two blocks away from the University of Chicago in the Hyde Park neighborhood.

The fully leased building features six two bedroom, two bath units, each with large living spaces and an eat-in kitchen. The building is in the heart of Hyde Park, one of the most desirable neighborhoods on the south side of Chicago, and attracting students and families alike.
