MPI Leases 1,800 SF Lincoln Park Storefront to Domino's Pizza

Millennium Properties R/E, a premier boutique brokerage and property management company, announced that it recently leased a 1,800 square foot retail storefront at 2401 N. Clybourn in Lincoln Park to Domino’s Pizza. At the corner of Fullerton and Clybourn, this storefront is located in one of the most desirable retail areas in Chicago.

An end cap space, the highly visible unit has frontage on both Fullerton and Clybourn and a long window line. The western part of Lincoln Park is a popular location for local and national retailers alike, including McDonald’s and Old Navy.

“Many local and national retailers expressed interest in leasing this end cap space due to the strong demographics in the area,” said Greg Block, executive vice president of Millennium Properties. “Part of the reason Domino’s leased this unit is its proximity to DePaul University and the more than 49,000 residents living within one mile.”

“This location should work well for Domino’s delivery business and allows for exceptional exposure on the corner of Clybourn and Fullerton,” added Chet Evans, vice president of Millennium Properties.

With 100% occupancy, the mixed-use building at 2401 N. Clybourn is also being marketed for sale by Block and Evans. Domino’s was represented in the transaction by Arcore Real Estate Group.
