Brad Thompson joined Millennium Properties in April 2007.  Since then, he has brokered the disposition of various properties throughout Chicagoland - from apartment buildings to retail.

Presently, Brad has sold and leased more than $40,000,000 for clients such as Bayview Financial, JPMorganChase and Northside Community Bank, among many individual owners and partnerships.

Brad credits his success to a strong network of brokers, bankers and clients.  Moreover, he focuses on thorough due diligence and strong working relationships to effectuate each deal.  In recent years, Brad has developed a niche in marketing distress properties for institutional clients, working toward a timely deal that is mutually beneficial.

Before joining Millennium, Brad managed a local branch of a national mortgage corporation.
