Millennium Properties Celebrates Milestone


Millennium Properties has hit another milestone: its 15 year anniversary.  In 1996, Millennium was founded by Daniel Hyman as a investment boutique.  Mr. Hyman previously served as a president of brokerage services and director for two national real estate firms.  "It was time for me to take a chance and build a brokerage firm by my own standards," Hyman said.  "I had a vision in mind that has led me to the path I am on today."

As times have changed, so has the business.  In order to stay current, the Millennium team has continually sought new efforts in order to expand.  Given the current economic crisis, the management team has grown four-fold in order to meet the new demand of foreclosures in the areas in which Mr. Hyman acted as receiver.

The foundation of highly qualified professionals has proven effective as the brokerage department has completed more than $4.3 billion in real estate sales.  Furthermore, Millennium presently manages 2,500,000 square feet of properties throughout the Chicagoland area, including industrial, office, retail and multi-family dwellings.

"Despite tough times, we have found a way to not only remain in this tough industry, but thrive in it," Hyman said.  "Fifteen years is a huge accomplishment.  With the experience and talent we have, there is no telling how far we can get in another 985 years."
