Construction ManagementAt Millennium, our staff is professionally trained to handle all aspects of the planning and execution phases of the construction process. Since our inception, Millennium has negotiated, worked and established professional relationships with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, municipalities, buyers and brokers. Furthermore, Millenniums’ expertise includes the negotiation of contracts, identifying an acceptable scope of work, analysis of significant documents and maintaining an open line of communication with ownership to ensure the operation is running in an effective and cost efficient manner.

In addition, we have managed Homeowners Associations’ legal work, including the establishment of corporation. We frequently meet with new organizations and introduce the guidelines and documents for management accordingly.

Finally, Millennium has successfully prepared, revised or managed construction budgets and provided oversight for the completion of distressed properties at or below budgeted estimates.
