MPI Sells 1.6 Acre Infill Industrial Site on Chicago's Northwest Side

Millennium Properties R/E, a premier boutique brokerage and property management company, announced that it recently sold a 69,000 square foot infill industrial site in the Old Irving Park neighborhood on Chicago’s northwest side.

Less than a block from I-90/I-94, the parcel is a rare vacant industrial land site within the Knox Industrial Corridor. The site was sold to Dayton Street Partners who plans to redevelop the site as a 40,000 square foot distribution center that will feature 30’ clear heights, four dock doors, two drive-in docks and T8 lighting.

“Just off Montrose, this site is a rare opportunity to add a modern industrial building in an infill location on the northwest side,” said Daniel J. Hyman, president of Millennium Properties. “Chicago’s industrial market has seen declining vacancy and strong net absorption for the past six quarters, creating a great environment for state-of-the-art new construction.”
