MPI Selected as Exclusive Leasing Agent for 12 Retail Centers

Millennium Properties R/E, a premier boutique real estate brokerage and property management company in Chicago, was recently selected as the exclusive leasing agent for 12 retail centers totaling 1.1 million square feet. 11 of the centers are located throughout the suburbs of Chicago and one is located in the northern suburbs of Milwaukee. The Millennium Properties leasing team of Chet Evans, vice president, and Michael Mintz, associate, will be responsible for leasing the vacant spaces in the portfolio.

The assignment includes the 95,970 square foot Golf Point Plaza located near the corner of Golf Rd. and Higgins Rd. in Schaumburg; this highly visible center has spaces available ranging from 1,600 to 3,000 square feet with cotenants including a number of well-known businesses such as Binny’s Beverage Depot, Alexian Brothers Health System and AutoZone. Millennium Properties will also oversee the leasing of the 170,925 square foot Marycrest Shopping Center in Joliet which features a mix of office and retail spaces available. The portfolio also includes the Brown Deer Shopping Center in Brown Deer, WI; Weathersfield Commons in Schaumburg; the Schaumburg Plaza; and the Jewel-anchored Plaza Westlake in Glendale Heights. The remaining centers are located in Bolingbrook, Bloomingdale, Alsip, Hazel Crest and Richton Park. Many of these centers have been recently updated with new facades, improved signage and repaved parking lots.
