Millennium Properties Hires Michael Mintz as Associate Broker

Millennium Properties R/E continued its rapid growth, hiring Michael Mintz as an associate broker. Mr. Mintz will be working with the brokerage team to sell and lease commercial properties throughout Chicagoland.

 

Mr. Mintz first joined Millennium Properties as an intern in 2012, working with the brokerage and property management teams. He previously worked as a broker for Interstate Realty Inc., a boutique, full service commercial real estate brokerage firm concentrating on properties in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. During his first year, Michael worked on several transactions including the sale of a Grayslake auto dealership, selling several restaurants to new operators, and leasing a number of office spaces throughout the Chicago suburbs. During college, he was also an intern for DTZ’s office leasing branch in Austin, Texas.
