Michael Mintz Sells Fully Leased Mixed-Use Building in Pilsen for $1.5 Million

Millennium Properties announced that it recently brokered the sale of a 6,200 square foot mixed-use building in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood for $1,545,000. Michael Mintz was the sole broker on the transaction.

The building, located at 1316 W. 18th St. in the heart of the Pilsen Historic District, includes a 1,600 square foot storefront occupied by Furious Spoon, as well as six condo-quality apartments. Furious Spoon has occupied the storefront since 2016.

“We received a number of offers for this fully updated property on 18th Street,” said Michael Mintz, vice president of Millennium Properties. “The Pilsen area has attracted a significant amount of investment over the past few years, from real estate buyers and businesses alike.”
