Millennium Properties will be auctioning off a 10 acre parcel of land in the Fountain Square of Waukegan development on September 14th. The site is across from the Walmart Supercenter that anchors the mixed-use complex and adjacent to the 32 acres of city-owned land. This site has great potential for retail, office, hotel or commercial development and the site is graded and ready for development.
