The
History of a Millennium
|
In 1996, Chicago was reinventing itself: Michael Jordan returned from retirement to win a championship; Mayor Richard M. Daley hosted a peaceful Democratic Convention as the nation watched; and State Street began its retail renaissance. Amidst all this excitement, veteran dealmaker Daniel Hyman channeled his nearly two decades of expertise and challenged Chicago's landscape by opening a new commercial real estate firm: Millennium Properties. Recognizing that large companies have a tendency to overlook or disregard the needs of smaller owners or institutional clients, Millennium has always been able to capitalize on the entrepreneurial spirit to provide innovative and effective solution for acquisition, disposition, leasing, management, receiverships and consulting. Millennium's goal is to customize and implement a strategy for each client's specific definition of success. Today, Millennium is at the forefront of commercial real estate throughout the Midwest. Recognized several times over for its impressive sales volume by publications such as the Chicago Sun-Times, Crain's Chicago Business and Midwest Real Estate News, Millennium's impact on Chicago is evident. From helping developers acquire their land in the South Loop where towers now fill the skyline to managing suburban office buildings in receivership and improving occupancy rates, Millennium's impact is evident throughout Chicagoland and beyond. Right here. Right now. The past, present and future are converging and Millennium Properties is ready to work for you. |
